WGA Membership Application

Membership Definitions – Please note: If you are a Utility, you will need to fax or mail in the Membership Application (PDF).

** New member Contractors, Loop Field Contractors and Designers will be designated as PROBATIONARY members and will be accepted as full members when the following criteria are met:

  • Proof of insurance, indicating insurance coverage. Designer members provide proof of professional Liability coverage. 
  • Upon accepting and agreeing to the Code of Ethics, as indicated by submitting this membership registration online form
